It’s summer! One of my favorite parts of summer is that it means it’s time to eat as much watermelon as I can. Whether we’re hitting the beach (on a rare occasion), playing outside, or simply looking for a sweet and refreshing snack, watermelon seems to hit the spot for me and the kids.
