I received a free bottle of Fiber Choice Fruity Bites from Smiley360.com to test and give my opinion. The freebie came in the form of a coupon for the free product, so I headed over to my local target as soon as I received it, so that I could start sampling the fruity bites and getting my daily fiber.
Without my free product coupon, the bottle of 90 Fruity Bites would have cost $12.99 plus applicable tax. The serving size for an adult is 2 gummies per day for 3 grams of Dietary Fiber.
These fruit shaped gummies are slightly gummier than our favorite fruit snacks at home and I felt like they were almost getting stuck to my teeth. They didn’t get stuck AND they tasted great. I really liked that taking the gummies didn’t require me to down a bunch of water! And, boosting my dietary fiber should have healthy benefits for me!
While larger than a typical fruit snack, these fruity bites taste good and look so much like a fruit snack, a small child could mistake them for fruit snacks. They’re just as yummy, too, in Cherry, Blue Raspberry, and Pear. Because the bottle suggests consulting a doctor if considering giving these to children under 6, I recommend keeping these out of a child’s reach.
There’s a small gripe I have with the packaging (not so much the product itself). I took this picture after having only the 1st day’s serving (2 gummies) – there’s a lot of wasted space, so my thought is that a more adequately sized bottle would be nice.
In conclusion, if you know you’re not eating the right foods to be getting an adequate amount of fiber in your diet, these are a delicious alternative as the 2 Fruity Bites contain as much natural fiber as two cups of raw spinach. And, let’s face it, I don’t know many people that like spinach, much less love it enough to eat 2 cups raw in a day. These will take care of that for you in 2 gummies!
Don’t forget to get your $2 coupon, here, to try some Fiber Choice Fruity Bites too.
